We don’t bring art as charity or sympathy — but as a celebration of freedom, dignity, and genuine value. Our Origin Story I’m Ami, the founder of amiami?. My younger sister is autistic. Growing up beside her, different ways of thinking and feeling were simply everyday life. Difference was not “special” — it was natural. But as I entered society, I learned how often the world labels, divides, and defines. Slowly, “normal” began to replace “understanding.” Then one day, I visited the art studio where my sister and other artists create. There, I witnessed something powerful: Pure, unfiltered freedom. Colors moving without hesitation, ideas flowing without rules, hearts speaking without needing to be understood before being expressed. It wasn’t about fitting in — it was about being fully, beautifully themselves. And in that space, I felt something I had been missing too — the freedom to let go, to feel, to simply exist as I am.
